The University of Oklahoma has secured a commitment from 4-star defensive back Omarion Robinson, further bolstering their already impressive recruiting class.

Prediction: Oklahoma Sooners poised to add 4-star commitment Saturday

On Saturday, Robinson, a standout from Parkview High School in Arkansas, announced his decision to join the Sooners. This commitment comes just weeks after his official visit to Norman for OU’s annual ChampU BBQ recruiting event.

Hailing from Little Rock, Arkansas, Robinson selected Oklahoma over other top programs, including Oregon, LSU, and Arkansas, after narrowing his choices to four schools earlier this month. Standing at 6 feet tall and weighing 185 pounds, Robinson is ranked as the No. 121 overall prospect and the No. 15 safety in the 2025 recruiting class by Rivals.

Robinson showcased his talents at the Rivals Five-Star Camp in Jacksonville, Florida, last month, where he excelled against some of the nation’s top rising seniors. His outstanding performance earned him a spot on the All-Camp team and the MVP title for the defensive back group. This addition of Robinson to Oklahoma’s roster is expected to significantly enhance the team’s defensive strength.
