The promising forward from Indiana is recognized as a four-star talent in the Class of 2025.
Louisville, Ky. – Under the leadership of new head coach Pat Kelsey, the Louisville men’s basketball program has been actively extending scholarship offers in recent weeks. Their latest target in the Class of 2025 is power forward Trent Sisley from Lincoln City (Ind.) Heritage Hills.
Sisley announced on Wednesday that he has received an offer from the Cardinals, adding to his list of 11 total offers from schools like Indiana, Purdue, Michigan State, and Iowa.
Standing at 6 feet 7 inches and weighing 205 pounds, Sisley is widely regarded as a four-star recruit and one of Indiana’s top basketball talents. He holds rankings as high as the fifth-best player in Indiana and 61st nationally by 247Sports, while the 247Sports Composite ranks him as the 75th prospect in the 2025 cycle.
Despite having one more year of high school remaining, Sisley has already made a significant mark in Heritage Hills’ basketball history, becoming their all-time leading scorer with 1,715 points. His junior season showcased impressive stats, averaging 24.2 points, 11.4 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 2.2 blocks, and 1.8 steals per game, leading the Patriots to a 19-5 overall record and a spot in the Class 3A State Tournament.
Sisley has also excelled on the AAU circuits, demonstrating his skills with Indy Heat where he averaged 14.8 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in the Nike EYBL last summer. In the Adidas 3SSB circuit’s first session in Omaha, Neb., he contributed 11.8 points and 5.0 rebounds, aiding Indy Heat to a 4-0 record.
This offer from Louisville marks Sisley as the fifth 2025 prospect to be targeted by the Cardinals’ new coaching staff, joining other promising talents like J.J. Mandaquit, Brayden Burries, Malachi Moreno, and Nate Ament.
