Aaron Rodgers has received scathing criticism for leaving the Green Bay Packers: ‘His IQ is low.’
The attacks on Aaron Rodgers continue, with the newest coming from sports journalist Colin Cowherd, who is known for his inflammatory commentary on American sports. In one of his most recent rants, he claims Aaron Rodgers does not have a high football IQ because he opted to leave the Green Bay Packers to play for the New York Jets. During the time when the veteran quarterback was contemplating his future, he had recently been turned into a pariah owing to his strong stance on vaccines and the Covid-19 outbreak. The NFL suspended him for a long period for refusing to take the vaccine, which prompted all of the attacks against him.
Cowherd lashes out at Aaron Rodgers
Colin Cowherd didn’t pull any punches on Aaron Rodgers on his show, slamming the Jets quarterback for leaving the Green Bay Packers. He stated: “He had a smart offensive coach. He had a very good offensive line, ranked third. He had a star running back, and they recently drafted Romeo Doubs and Christian Watson, two extremely good young receivers. And Aaron said, “No, I’d rather go to a losing defensive coordinator [Robert Saleh] and the 31st ranked offensive line. Aaron’s football IQ isn’t that high, regardless of his vaccine or political ideas. When I look at Aaron Rodgers, do I see illusion or narcissism and hubris?
These insults follow Aaron Rodgers’ extremely public fight with television personality Jimmy Kimmel, who has been criticizing Rodgers for years on his show. Aaron decided to respond to Jimmy’s taunting by implying that he was on the infamous Jeffrey Epstein client list. As expected, Jimmy Kimmel was not pleased, and he hammered Aaron Rodgers for it. Also, he vowed to sue the quarterback for endangering his family. Colin Cowherd is only the latest in a slew of attacks against him.
