The disciplinary decisions of the match review panel following Super League Round One have been confirmed by the Rugby Football League.
Warrington Wolves had a successful weekend; no players received penalty points, but two members of their rivals, the Huddersfield Giants, felt the pinch.
According to this year’s new on-field sentencing criteria, penalty points accumulate over a season, although none of the players charged this week currently get suspensions.
A one-match suspension would be imposed for each offense that brings their total to between 6 and 11 points; if they had 9 to 11 points, they would also be fined.
If you receive 12 points, which is the penalty for a single Grade D offence, you will be suspended for two games. If you receive 15–17 points, you will also be fined, and if you receive 18 points, you will be suspended for three games.
On Tuesday, all accused players will have the opportunity to contest their charges at an impartial Operational Rules Tribunal.
