The Allstate AFCA Good Works Team, established in 1992, highlights college football athletes’ dedication to community service. This year, a record 178 nominees were announced, including players and coaches who champion causes like mental health awareness and youth mentorship. Final selections, made by a panel of former honorees and coaches, will include 23 recipients from various divisions.

Allstate’s partnership with the Wuerffel Foundation aims to celebrate the positive impact student-athletes have on society. Fans are encouraged to engage on social media using #GoodWorksTeam. The recipient of the 2024 Allstate Wuerffel Trophy will be announced on ESPN in December, continuing the tradition of honoring exceptional community service in college football.
