Tottenham: Paul Robinson blown away by "fantastic" Emerson Royal

Paul Robinson expressed his joy at returning to Birmingham City after being appointed as part of the staff to support Interim Manager Gary Rowett during Manager Tony Mowbray’s medical leave of absence until the next preseason. Robinson, who had previously served in various roles within the club’s coaching staff, including working with the Under-23s and Under-18s, spoke about his excitement at being back at a club he holds dear.

In an interview with BluesTV at the Birmingham City Elite Performance and Innovation Centre, Robinson shared his enthusiasm, stating, “It is great to be back at a club that is very close to my heart, playing here and coaching, moving on to new surroundings and then coming back. I have loved every minute of it.” He also praised the players for their hard work and dedication during his return.

Dave Carolan, appointed as a First Team Technical Coach alongside Robinson by Rowett, echoed similar sentiments about returning to Birmingham City and the impressive training facilities. Carolan emphasized the importance of hard work and the positive reception they received upon their return, highlighting the dedication of the players to their training regimen.
