i have to rest he said: Wolverines receive a devastating news…………

WR Jaylen Pile (2026) describes receiving his Michigan offer as “a surreal moment.”

Michigan has placed significant importance on recruiting in Texas, particularly targeting promising prospects in upcoming classes. Recently, the wide receivers coach, Ron Bellamy, extended several new offers to elite underclassmen, including Jaylen Pile, a 2026 wide receiver from Dallas (Tex.) Parish Episcopal School.

Expressing his enthusiasm, Pile shared his thoughts on receiving the scholarship, stating, “It means a lot to me. Coach Bellamy has been reviewing my film for a while. Michigan, being the winningest program in college football history and recent national champions, holds a special place. Coach Bellamy’s track record in developing top-tier wide receivers and the vibrant energy around the program excite me. Wearing No. 2 in all my sports as a kid because of my dad’s admiration for Charles Woodson makes this even more special. I look forward to visiting the campus this spring.”

Standing at 6 feet and weighing 165 pounds, Pile has garnered numerous offers in his recruitment, but the one from Michigan holds a unique significance for him. He expressed his eagerness to explore the campus and said, “Michigan aligns with all my criteria for a college—excellent education, strong competition, coaches known for player development, and an electrifying game day atmosphere. During my visit, I hope to attend a practice, witness their competitive spirit, tour the facilities, meet the coaching staff, and explore the campus.”

Pile’s strong affinity for the Maize and Blue is also fueled by Michigan’s recent national championship triumph. He shared, “Michigan winning the championship was exciting. My entire family watched the game, and receiving an offer from Michigan has been a longstanding goal. It motivates me to work even harder.”

Although Pile is still in the early stages of the recruiting process, with more interest and offers on the horizon, he is taking his time and not rushing any decisions. However, he acknowledged that Michigan’s offer has captured his full attention, and he plans to give serious consideration to the Wolverines moving forward.
