Unfortunately, Omenihu had to watch from the sidelines as his teammates secured their third Super Bowl title in five years in Las Vegas.

In an update on Tuesday evening, Omenihu shared that the surgery was a success and expressed gratitude for the well wishes and prayers. Posting several pictures from the hospital bed, the defensive end acknowledged the challenging road ahead for his recovery.
