
Eight former SEC players have been chosen for the NBA All-Star Game.
Indiana, Indianapolis Eight former Southeastern Conference student-athletes from two different schools have been chosen to play in the 73rd NBA All-Star Game, which will take place in Indianapolis, Indiana, on February 18, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. ET. Of all the conferences in the nation, the SEC offers the widest selection.
Kentucky led the country in the number of NBA All-Star Game choices from a single school, with seven Wildcats earning roster places. With Anthony Edwards of the Georgia Bulldogs approving, the league now has eight members.
All eight picks were previously first-round draft choices, with three of them (Anthony Davis in 2012, Karl-Anthony Towns in 2015, and Anthony Edwards in 2020) being selected with the first overall pick.
