ESPN names 6 Georgia Bulldogs as top 100 players

Justus Terry, a highly-rated five-star defensive lineman from Manchester (Ga.) High, has maintained his commitment to Georgia since January 2023, solidifying his position as a standout in a recruiting class with the potential to secure the top spot in the 2025 cycle.

In a recent visit to Athens in January, Terry expressed his enjoyment of the trip and the basketball game. During the visit, Coach Kirby Smart and Tray Scott provided valuable advice on areas of improvement for the off-season and the upcoming season, focusing on preparing him for the next level. Terry emphasized that one of the key reasons for his commitment to Georgia is the knowledge and genuine care demonstrated by the coaching staff in helping him reach his full potential.

Terry’s parents share the sentiment, viewing Georgia as a fitting home for their son. They appreciate the warm reception he receives, describing it as feeling like home. The strong relationship between Terry and Dell McGee, who initiated the recruitment process, along with his admiration for Tray Scott and Coach Smart, further solidify his connection to the program.

Despite Terry’s commitment, there are ongoing efforts from a few other programs to sway his decision and win his affection.
