The Eagles made strategic additions to their coaching staff, including Kellen Moore, the former offensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Chargers, to lead their offense, and Vic Fangio, previously the defensive coordinator for the Miami Dolphins, taking on the same role in Philadelphia.

Additionally, Doug Nussmeier was brought in as the new quarterbacks coach, transitioning from his prior positions with the Chargers and Dallas Cowboys.

Sirianni undertook a significant overhaul of his coaching staff following a challenging conclusion to the 2023 NFL season.
