Vols Drop New Hype Video Before Florida Showdown | Rocky Top Insider

Carson Lawrence, a Class of 2025 safety who has been committed to Vanderbilt since last summer, has recently received offers from Tennessee and several other schools. Despite his nearly eight-month commitment to Vanderbilt, Lawrence is maintaining an open-minded approach and has no plans to conclude his recruitment soon. He expresses eagerness to explore opportunities with major programs that have recently expressed interest in him.

Tennessee is among the eight schools that have extended scholarship offers to Lawrence in the past month. He received an offer from the Vols on Feb. 2 during a visit from Tennessee coach Josh Heupel to his school. Lawrence, standing at 6 feet 2 inches and weighing 194 pounds, is excited about the offer and plans to visit Knoxville in the upcoming weeks to attend one of the Vols’ spring practices.

While Lawrence remains committed to Vanderbilt, Tennessee is a significant consideration for him, alongside other programs like Miami and Virginia Tech.
